In Pictures: Road to the Vanier Cup

The University of Calgary Dinos are headed to the 55th Vanier Cup after yet another amazing season.

Last year’s undefeated regular season culminated in a heartbreaking loss to the University of Saskatchewan Huskies for the Hardy Cup. This year, redemption was the name of the game and the Dinos emerged victorious, holding the Huskies to only four points in a rematch on Nov. 9. It was the 18th Canada West championship in program history.

The Dinos went on to defeat the McMaster Marauders at the U Sports Mitchell Bowl on Nov. 16 on home turf at McMahon Stadium. Calgary leaves behind home-field advantage to take on the Montreal Carabins on Saturday in Quebec City.
