The Mexican-inspired restaurant is a go-to spot for a small bite on the way to school or home. Looking for a slightly more upscale option? UNA Pizza + Wine is the perfect restaurant for a romantic night out or a fun lunch with friends. Since 2018, Greta Bar has been one of Calgary's most popular bars. Not because they have excellent food and drinks, but because the venue is home to arcade games and a dance floor. News access
Students have access to multiple news outlets through the Taylor Digital Family Library (TFDL) website. Notable outlets like The Globe and Mail, The New York Times and The Economist. Students can navigate the TFDL website and use the Advanced Search page to find the Journal Search tab. From the Journal Search tab, students can research which magazine or news outlet and read the latest issues. Before being able to read anything, students must use their UCalgary email and password to sign into the Gale Literature Resource Center and read high quality news.
